Monthly Wrap-Ups

November Wrap-Up

I’m linking up to the Sunday Post, a blog news meme hosted by Kimberly @ Caffeinated Reviewer, a chance to share news and recap the last week (or several!); and It’s Monday! What Are You Reading?, a place to meet up and share what you have been, and are about to be reading over the week, hosted by Kathryn @ The Book Date.

November was a busy, busy month, and it felt as though it was endless and yet flying by at the same time. I’m kind of happy it’s over though because that means we’re one step closer to Christmas! Despite the cold and darkness, this is definitely one of my favourite times of the year, and I can’t wait for all the pretty lights to be up and the festive feelings to kick in.

My reading time really took a hit in November and I only managed to read three books. I have another round of deadlines and exams coming up, so I expect the first half of December will go the same way but I’m looking forward to some uninterrupted reading time during the Christmas holidays!

What I Read

What I’m Reading

I have almost finished both Un Inverno Freddissimo and Dark Earth, and I’m enjoying both – even though they’re two completely different stories and settings!

I’m also reading A Rap on Race (Discussione sulla razza in the Italian translation) for research and I’m finding it really interesting so far.

Lastly, I’m on the blog tour for The Haunting Scent of Poppies, so watch out for my review next week!

That’s it for now! How was your November?

  1. Wow, you added some good books to your shelves! That’s so great that the publishers are sharing the free ebooks, I’ll definitely check them out. Good luck on your upcoming deadlines and exams!
